How To Use:
1. Brush the eyebrows along the hairline toward the end of the eyebrow, so that the hairs at the top of the eyebrow stand up.
2. If it does not stick to the brush as much, soak in the liquid on the side of the container as if to rotate the brush.
*Can be removed with hot water.
