Terms and Conditions 
1. Campaign Eligibility
 1.1 The [DECORTÉ Liposome Advanced Repair Serum 3 Days Sampling Trial Kit] (“Campaign”) is organised by [DECORTÉ] (“Organiser”).
1.2 The Campaign is open to everyone, residing in Malaysia only. For participant below the age of 18, prior consent from your parents or legal guardian must be obtained (“Participant”). 
 2 Campaign Period
 This Campaign event commences only on [16th January 2024] (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Campaign Period at any time without any prior notice. 
 3. How to Participate and Redemption of Sampling Trial Kit:
 Step 1: Fill up your personal details through Facebook Lead Generation form: Full Name, Contact Number, Email Address and Gender.
 Step 2: Upon sign up, you will receive a thank you email. Visit any DECORTÉ store in Malaysia and present the [Thank you email] to our Beauty Consultant.
 Step 3: DECORTÉ Beauty Consultant will perform a personalised skin consultation prior giving DECORTÉ Liposome Advanced Repair Serum 3 days sampling kit to customer. DECORTÉ Liposome Advanced Repair Serum 3 days sampling kit is in limited supplies, while stock last.
 4. Other Terms and Conditions
 4.1 By participating in this Campaign, each Participant is deemed to have read, understood all these terms and conditions and unconditionally agreed to be bound by them (as varied or changed). The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where necessary for legal, technical or commercial reasons and any such amendments shall be effective on the posting of the Campaign’s social media at Facebook DECORTÉ Malaysia. Please check the Campaign’s social media for updates on any change to these terms and conditions.
 4.2 The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason. 
 5. Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”)
 5.1 By participating in this Campaign, all participant consent to the use of their personal data by the Organiser for the execution and management of this Campaign and for any events or publicity related to this Campaign in any form or through any media.
 NOTICE UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010
 The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the “PDPA”), which regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions, applies to [KOSÉ (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd] (hereinafter referred to as “[KOSÉ (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd]”, “our”, “us” or “we”). 
 For the purposes of this written notice, the terms “personal data” and “processing” shall have the same meaning as prescribed in the PDPA.
 1. This written notice (“Notice”) is issued by us and serves to inform you on what and how your personal data is to be processed by or on behalf of [KOSÉ (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd].
 2. The personal data processed by us may include your name, contact number, email address and any other details that you may have provided or may provide to us. 
 3. We process your personal data for the following purposes (“Purposes”):
 3.1 Execution and management of the above Campaign; 
 3.2 Sending to you any marketing or promotional activities of [KOSÉ (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd] whether or not in connection with the Campaign or such other similar purposes as may be related to the foregoing.

Your personal data is and will be collected from you and/or from the information you have provided in the entry or other documentation that you have provided to us, together with any other information that we may obtain about you from oral or written communications. All the data collected will be shared with our Campaign management team (which may include a third-party service provider) in a password-protected file which may be stored in a database within or outside Malaysia.
