Born in Holland in 1963. A product and interior designer and art director based in Amsterdam with clients around the
world. He crafts designs for individual clients as well as leading global brands such as Alessi, Baccarat, Bisazza,
Christofle, KLM, and the Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Based on his mission to “create an environment of love, live
with passion, and make our most exciting dreams come true,” his works are adventurous and filled with humor (he is
at times called a “maverick of the design world”), lifting the spirits and delighting those who encounter them, giving
them hope. Within Japan, he has been serving as the art director of DECORTÉ since 2010.
